Gary Romano is an entrepreneur who has founded four successful for-profit and non-profit organizations including, most recently, Civitas Strategies, a management consultancy dedicated to growing nonprofits and the firms that serve them. In seven years, Gary has quintupled the size of his firm while keeping his sanity and being an engaged husband and father. Gary lives in Lynnfield, Massachusetts with his wife Karen and sons, Ben and Finn.
